Florida Mayhem Popsicle

Ingredients

Banana Layer

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp yellow food dye

Strawberry Layer

  • 4 ounces strawberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp red food dye

Instructions

  • Combine the bananas, vanilla yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth and well combined. Add the yellow food dye and mix well.
  • Transfer about half of the mixture into your popsicle molds and fill each 1/3rd of the way up. Place in the freezer (no sticks) for 30 minutes. Place the remaining filling in the refrigerator while you work on the second layer.
  • For the second layer, combine the strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and honey. Blend until completely smooth and well combined. Add the red food dye and mix well.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture into the popsicle molds on top of the banana layer. Fill each about 2/3rds of the way up. Place in the freezer (no sticks) for 30 minutes.
  • Add the remaining banana filling on top of the strawberry layer. Place the popsicle sticks in, cover, and place in the freezer overnight and let freeze for at least 24 hours.
