Ingredients

  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 persimmon sliced
  • 1 peach sliced
  • 2 limes sliced
  • 10 cherries pitted and cut in half
  • 1 cup sake
  • 355 ml raspberry lambic
  • 355 ml peach lambic

Instructions

  • Place the fruit in a large pitcher. Add the sake and raspberry lambic. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the sugar levels based on your palate. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and then serve.
