Sesame Smoothie

Servings: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana 115 g
  • 90 g tahini
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 175 g frozen yogurt

Instructions

  • Place the banana, tahini, salt, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the frozen yogurt and blend until incorporated. Serve in a tall glass.
