Preheat oven to 325°F. Place macadamia nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, place the butter and mix until smooth. Add the sugars to the butter and mix until smooth. Add the maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
Slowly mix in the flour mixture until it just comes together. Add the white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and macadamia nuts and fold until mixed well.
Take about 2 tablespoons of the dough at a time, place on a baking sheet and press down slightly into a cookie shape. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place in the oven to bake for 16-19 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
