Piko Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 10 cups boiling water
  • ⅓ - ¾ cup honey depending on how sweet you like your tea
  • 2 white tea bags
  • 2 earl grey tea bags
  • 2 hojicha tea bags
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lime sliced

Instructions

  • Place the honey and boiling water in a pitcher. Mix together until the honey has dissolved. Add the tea bags and steep for 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
  • Add the lemon, orange, and lime slices. Allow to cool completely and then refrigerate overnight. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
