Mango Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • cup yogurt
  • ¼ – ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place the frozen mango, frozen banana, yogurt, almond milk, ice, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds and blend together until just mixed in. If the mixture is too thick, add additional almond milk. Serve in a tall glass.
