Avocado Toast

Ingredients

Mayo

  • 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • ½ cup mayo
  • juice and zest of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp salt

Per Toast

  • 1 bread slice
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • white sesame seeds
  • black sesame seeds
  • pomegranate arils

Instructions

  • Start by making the mayo. Place the sesame seeds in a food processor. Pulse until it is ground. Add the mayo, juice and zest of lemon, and salt. Pulse until combined. Transfer to an airtight container. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Toast the slice of bread to your liking. Spread a generous portion of mayo on top. Top with avocado, sesame seeds, and pomegranate arils.
