Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, de-shelled
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika, optional

Instructions

  • Once you have all your eggs completely de-shelled, we can get into the deviled egg part. Typically with deviled eggs you are going to want to cut them in half length wise (left set of eggs) but we want to keep these authentic to the game’s look (right set of eggs). Begin by cutting off the upper half of the egg and removing the egg yolk.
  • Place the egg yolks a bowl with the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Combine the ingredients until they are at the consistency you would like. Flavor with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Fill the egg whites with the egg mixture and you have yourself some deviled eggs. If you want to dress them up a little more, feel free to sprinkle on some paprika!
