Saltuna

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 sprigs of thyme stems removed
  • 1 sprig of rosemary stem removed and leaves chopped
  • 1 sprig of dill stem removed
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • ½ lb salmon
  • ½ lb tuna
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the olive oil, thyme leaves, rosemary leaves, and dill in a small pan. Heat over medium heat. Cook for about 2-4 minutes, or until the sizzling stops. Remove from the heat and transfer to a large bowl. Mix in the coriander. Set aside.
  • Season the salmon and tuna with salt and pepper on all sides. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and place over medium-high heat. Saute the salmon and tuna until each side turns golden and the fish is cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  • Remove the salmon skin. Chop the fish and then toss in the bowl with the oil. Mix until well coated. Add lemon juice. Add additional lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil until it is seasoned to your liking.
