Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 100 grams dragon fruit cut into bite sized pieces
  • 26 grams pomegrante
  • 75 grams raspberry
  • 40 grams blueberry
  • 60 grams banana sliced
  • 170 grams watermelon cut into bite sized pieces
  • 10 grams coconut chips
  • 20 grams honey
  • 11 grams lime juice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the honey and lime juice. In a large bowl combine the dragon fruit, pomegranate, raspberries, blueberries, and watermelon and toss together.
  • Add the banana and coconut chips and gently mix together. Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and mix together.
