Ring Fit Adventure has been such a good source of exercise for me. This game has been keeping me motivated to be active while I’ve been stuck at home for these past few months. I try to get at least one session of the game in a week. I should be doing a better job but I’ll give myself credit for being active at all; I’m pretty lazy and admit it. I’ll use any hooks to get me exercising and Ring Fit is perfect for that. Jeff and I have started keeping each other motivated by alternating each day. I’m currently in World 12 and have gotten Ring’s last missing power. I think at this point I’m probably about half way through the story and still enjoy the routine.
There are a lot of consumables that you can use during your time with Ring Fit Adventure. Many of them are wonderful smoothies and I love an excuse to have a good smoothie. One of the most useful drinks is the peach smoothie. This drink can be consumed the moment you lose all your hearts to revive you and keep you going in battle. The drink looks a lot more pink than you could ever get from just using peaches, so I included freeze dried strawberries to get closer. If you want to get really accurate, add a few drops of pink food coloring.
